Students must learn the rules and terminology of the game. Students must also learn how to handle chips, pay color for color, moving and pushing chips across the table, keys to help payoff bets and how to handle cash pay situations. Students must be proficient in all of the above as well as correct procedures of dealing the game, game protections and handling of the games equipment.

Objective
The student will have complete understanding and be thoroughly conversant with the rules, techniques, systems, procedures and theory of Roulette. Students skills and abilities will be developed to the point that will qualify them for entry as a casino roulette dealer at the beginners level (break-in).
